Are all of your products organic?

We aim to offer organic products whenever we can. If something isn't organic, it's grown without chemicals or harvested from the wild.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Our small business takes care to handcraft all herbal products in small batches for quality and potency. Due to this approach, custom-made orders may take 2 to 3 weeks to be filled and delivered, while signature tea orders may require 4-5 business days to fulfill and up to 10 business days to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we strive to expedite your herbal products. If there are delays in package updates from our shipping partner, kindly allow 7 business days for them to reflect before seeking a replacement. Please note that even if you've opted for faster shipping, our processing time remains unchanged.

What if my product arrives incorrect or broken?

We sincerely apologize if your product arrives damaged. Kindly email us a picture along with your order confirmation number at contact@kesyteashoppe.com, and we'll arrange for a replacement item promptly.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

In line with our rigorous quality standards and to maintain the effectiveness of our herbal products, we're unable to offer refunds once your online order has left our New York premises.

Once your order is marked as delivered by our shipping partners, we cannot replace it. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the shipping company.

Refunds aren't provided for taste preferences as our products are crafted for healing and may not suit everyone's palate. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We ask that you read all ingredients before making a purchase. No refunds will be granted due to allergic reactions.

How do I purchase/apply for a gift certificate?

We offer electronic gift certificates that you may purchase HERE. They are all electronic and are emailed to the recipient as soon as we process the order. You can redeem your gift certificate online by entering the gift certificate code from the email attachment you received in the “Add Certificate” section of the web cart. Once you hit “Apply”, the amount of the gift certificate will be automatically deducted from your grand total.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Keys' Tea Shoppe is only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in the United States and Canada. We are not able to bill or ship to any countries outside of these two destinations. What is your Privacy Policy?

The user's information is used for the sole purpose of shipping the product. The email address will be saved to share any marketing materials distributed by Keys' Tea Shoppe only. Customer's information will not be shared or sold to any entities.
